Levels of what people are swimming in especially in their cars with a turned on phone is off the charts. People have no clue. Get a meter and maybe then you'll see truth of what is no accident being inflicted on you.
Have an electrician hardwire for computer areas and move router in garage or replace it with no wifi capability router. Comcast doesn't give you a choice. I got a hardwired phone and it is so awesome, coil cord and all.
Safe and Sound Pro II for the emf and unfortunately dirty electricity is a problem so the Trifield meter is good for that. Doesn't seem to work on RF well. Go in on it with a few others so you can share. Literally just moving your work space a couple of feet can mean night a day difference. Do sleep away from walls until you measure dirty electricity. It's a real thing.

I made a list of the people who I wished could run this world - at least from the perspective of advising politicians and bureaucrats who in turn are only there because they wish to actually serve the people rather than their own selfish interests. It was literally a list of perhaps only 30 people but one of them was Jessica. There were a number of economists too including Gigi Foster and Adam Creighton - all of them called out and flagged the damage politicians would cause long before that damage was done. I called it all out too independently in January 2020 only to be labelled with all the usual derogatory terms in doing so. I now think "terrorist granny killer" is a badge of honour as well as a badge of commonsense.

I still own my stupidphone (I don’t like it’s ironic official name).
It owns me less. I no longer take it on walks. The world is immediately more interesting. Just not having it on you does that.
On my motorcycle, I never had comms tech and now I never will.
